The project “Supporting Small-Scale Farmers – Core Support to NFF,” financially supported by the Swedish development organisation We Effect, provides the framework within which, together with the National Federation of Farmers (NFF), we are working on something very concrete – strengthening the knowledge and skills of young farmers, who represent the future of Macedonian agriculture.

ADRURAL: A Smart Future for Rural Areas

EPI CENTAR International provided technical and logistical support to the PREDA Plus Foundation in organising the knowledge-sharing event “ADRURAL: A Smart Future for Rural Areas.”

Our team contributed to the preparation and successful delivery of the interactive session, as well as to the coordination of logistical activities.

EPI CENTAR International provided technical and logistical support to PREDA Plus in organising the networking event “Connecting for Innovative Rural Development.”

Our role included support for participation in the ARIN network, coordination of the event, and organisation of logistics, which enabled successful implementation and constructive involvement of all participants.

Consultation Workshop - Updated Strategic Action Plan (SAP 2025–2030)

As part of our continued engagement in the “EU for Prespa” project, implemented by UNDP and funded by the European Union, EPI CENTAR International supported the organisation of a key consultation workshop for the Updated Strategic Action Plan (SAP 2025–2030) for the Prespa Park Area. The event took place on 27 June 2025 in Resen, North Macedonia, and was attended by a broad range of stakeholders from North Macedonia, Greece, and Albania.

It’s our pleasure to share our support for the PREDA Plus Foundation in implementing activities in the Pelagonia region, aimed at strengthening rural communities and encouraging local-level innovation.

As technical support, EPI CENTAR International actively contributes to the implementation of PREDA Plus’s project activities, with a focus on sustainable development, inclusive solutions, and innovation in rural areas.

These activities are being implemented within the framework of the ADRURAL project – Empowering Rural Communities for Innovation in the ADRION Region, funded by the European Union through the Interreg IPA ADRION programme.
The project is being implemented by the PREDA Plus Foundation in partnership with organisations from seven other countries across the Adriatic-Ionian region.

Powering Impact – EPI CENTAR Joins CEC

We are pleased to announce that EPI CENTAR has become a member of the Comité Européen de Coordination (CEC) – Acting for Social Inclusionas, starting from January 1, 2025.

CEC is a dynamic European network representing over 1,600 local associations dedicated to promoting social and vocational integration. As part of this network, EPI CENTAR will continue to contribute to sustainable development, social inclusion, and local economic growth across North Macedonia and the Western Balkans, with a strong focus on rural communities.

We look forward to collaborating with like-minded organizations across Europe to drive impactful initiatives and foster positive change.

Market study for green financing in agriculture

Epi Center International, in cooperation with consulting companies from Netherlands and Germany, participated in the preparation of a Market study for green financing in agriculture, in the Republic of North Macedonia. The study is a representation of the Macedonian agriculture potentials that can be realized through the so-called green financing, in cooperation with the banking sector.

Implementation of Evaluation of the IME Program

Epi Centar International, in collaboration with Gamper Smith Associates, participated in the external mid-term Evaluation of the second phase of the "Increasing Market Employability – IME" Project, which was implemented in the period from 2019 to 2023.
