Within the framework of the ADRURAL Project – Empowering Rural Communities for Innovation in the ADRION Region, funded by the European Union under the Interreg IPA ADRION Programme, EPI CENTAR International has been engaged as a provider of technical assistance to the implementation of local activities in the Pelagonia region.
The intervention is led by the PREDA Plus Foundation and focuses on enhancing the capacities of rural communities to innovate and contribute to sustainable local development. EPI CENTAR International supports the implementation through targeted expertise in rural innovation systems, inclusive development planning, and sustainability-focused solutions.
Scope of Engagement and Strategic Focus
Technical Backstopping and Localisation of Innovation Approaches: Supporting the adaptation of project tools and methodologies to the rural context of the Pelagonia region.
Capacity Development and Community Involvement: Contributing to activities that foster local ownership, knowledge transfer, and inclusive participation of rural stakeholders.
Regional Connectivity: Ensuring alignment with the broader objectives of the ADRURAL partnership, which includes organisations from seven countries in the Adriatic-Ionian region.
